The incorrect part was supplied by us
The part received does not match the confirmed vehicle fitment
The part is damaged during shipping (must be reported immediately)
The part is found to be defective before installation
All refund or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Parts that have been installed, modified, or altered
Parts damaged due to improper installation
Electrical parts once installed
Parts ordered incorrectly by the customer
Labor costs, towing, diagnostic, or installation charges
Custom or special-order parts
Inspection Requirement
All parts must be:
Unused and uninstalled
Returned in original condition
Free from damage, marks, or tampering
Returned items are subject to inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund amounts may be subject to restocking fees depending on the condition of the returned item.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved:
The replacement part will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply
Shipping Damage Claims
If a part arrives damaged:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
Do not install the part
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may void eligibility.
Fitment Confirmation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming correct fitment before purchase. We strongly recommend contacting us to verify:
Vehicle make, model, and year
Engine and transmission details
Purchases made without fitment confirmation may not qualify for refunds.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to return policies if eligible.
